Syrups are a great way to flavour your smoothie to your tastes without having to have dozens of fruits on hand. Toss a cup of ice into a blender with 6 ounces of water, Torani Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Syrup and any fruits you might like. Blend to your desired consistency, then pour into a cup.
